These search terms are examples of a good Google search for your topic. Make sure to check out the infographics below this to refresh your memory on searching in Google and evaluation information you find on the internet.

"consumer debt" - Use quotation marks around phrases you want to search

consumerism OR materialism - Results for this search include either search term. OR must be in capital letters.

advertising -tobacco - Use - immediately before a search term you want to exclude

Consumerism Site:.edu - Use to limit results to specific domain types or a specific site
