The site provides students, patients, and their families with convenient, online access to more than 500 easy-to-understand articles and videos on orthopaedic conditions and treatments, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and healthy living. - PubMed
PubMed is a free resource supporting the search and retrieval of biomedical and life sciences literature with the aim of improving health–both globally and personally.
The PubMed database contains more than 30 million citations and abstracts of biomedical literature. It does not include full-text journal articles; however, links to the full text are often present when available from other sources, such as the publisher's website or PubMed Central (PMC).

These sports medicine specialists have provided extensive physical therapy exercises to help during the rehabilitation and recovery process. Included are exercises that pertain to the ankle, core muscles, hip, knee, shoulder and spine. This is not a complete list of our physical therapy exercises, and more will be added in the future.

Use of CSUB Library
Anyone can use the CSUB Library as a walk-in, just as anyone can use the BC Library. However, if you wish to check out books, you will need to obtain a community card first. BC has an agreement with CSUB that, with a completed form, you may purchase a community card at half the normal cost. You may fill out the form at the BC Library Reference Desk. [PLEASE NOTE: there are currently restrictions in place due to COVID closures.]
